(Per Press Association.) -v .. . WELLJ NGTON; last night, lhe Prime Minister stated this evening that the writ for tho Taumarunui by-election will be issued to-morrow when the date of the election will be announced.
Mr Massey, replying to a qiiestion, said vie had made no arrangement to take part m the by-election campaigns. He attends a function m Auckland on Monday and opens the ■ Waikato Show on luesday. '
