TRYING TO STARVE ENGLAND.
(Received February 6* 8.45 a.m.) . COPENHAGEN, Feb. 5. Dr Bethmann Hollweg, the German Chancellor, interviewed, said Germany would, use every opportunity to starve England in revenge for starving Germany. Neutrals had not protested and must take the consequences. "We are not going to die from famine," he said.
