TURKS RENEW THE ATTACK.
(Received - February 5, 8.40 a.m.) LONDON, Feb. 4. The Evening News' Cairo correspondent says the Turks resumed the attack on Wednesday, bringing up ammunition and trying to -construct trenches. The fighting has not affected traffic m the canal or on the railways.
There was heavy firing on. Wednesday. The pilot of a vessel was wounded.
There are great . difficulties with the Turkish transport. Many camels are dying, and others are being brought up from Asia Minor.
It is stated that General Kressenstein is among the invaders. Two hundred and fifty of the prisoners taken at Kantara look more like ragamuffins than soldiers.
