THE GERMANS' WARNING.
A FRESH BLOW AT NEUTRALS
(Rceived February 5, 8.40 a.m.) STOCKHOLM, Feb. 4. The Germans warning to shipping cabled on the 2nd, has aroused indignation, as it is interpreted as a fresh blow at neutrals' commercial freedom.
[The German Admiralty warned peaceful shipping approaching the north-west coast of I ranee, owing to the danger of being mistaken for transports. Ships trading with North Sea ports are advised to proceed round Scotland.]
