ROME, Nov. 24. Cabinet has decided on the expenditure of an additional eight millions sterling on the navy, making a total of forty millions for the army and navy since the Mariruig Salandra's secession. Cabinet also voted a quarter of a million for strategic railways on the Venetian i •.""tier, and authorised the formation of i;ve new artillery regiments.
