(Received Nbvember 18, 1.40 p.mj CAPETOWN, Nov. 17. Commandant Fouche, whom the rebels treacherously captured, was ordered to be shot. He attacked his guards, felled two, shot the other two, and then escaped. . A German aeioplane was reconnoitring at Laideritz Bay. Attempts to bring it down failed.
