GERMAN SPY COURT-MARTIALLED
(Received November 18, 1.40 p.m.) i . . LONDON, Nov. 17. A court-martial has opened at Woolwich; where Harold Fochtenberger was charged with being m possession of a wireless apparatus. He admitted that he owned the apparatus found at his residence, Thorpe Bay. The police found a powerful electric Morse lamp at a house overlooking^ the sea at Southend, which prisoner's aunt occupied.
