PRINCE OF WALES AT THE FRONT.
IMPORTANT ANGLQ-INDIAN CONTINGENT ARRIVES. (Received Nov. 18, 9 a.m.) LONDON, Nov. 17. The Prince of Wales has joined Sir John French's staff, and went to France yesterday. An important Anglo-Indian contingent has arrived at Marseilles. Sir Douglas Haigh has. been promoted to be general for distinguished service on the field.
