WARSHIP BOMBARDS RED SEAPORT.
(Received Nov. 18, 8.45 a.m.) CAIRO; Nov. 17. H.M.S. Minerva bombarded Akatia, after hearing that mines had been sent there for the Red Sea. Pourparlers with the officials failed owing, to German officers' opposition.
