RELEASE OF MR SCOTLAND.
CAPETOWN, Sept. 1. Mr Scotland, manager of th© South African Territories, has been released. [Reuter's Capetown correspondent stated that the Germans were alleged to have imprisoned Mr Scotland, manager of the South African Territories, for endeavoring to instigate the Bersehß Hottentots to rise against the Germans.]
