ANGLO-AMERICAN TREATY.
(Press Assn. — By Telegraph — Copyright* (Received July 11, g.30 a.m.) LONDON, July 10. Dr Page, United States Ambassador, speaking m London, announced that Britain and the United States had practically concluded an arbitration treaty, establishing a commission whereto disputes would be referred. American advices state that approval of tho British dominions is being awaited.
