ACCIDENTS AND FATALITIES.
(Per Press Association.) v AUCKLAND, this day. Charles Mallates, aged , 62 yearis, died in the hospital of an extensive fracture to the skull. He was walking across the road, carrying a bag of wood. He failed-, to notice a motor .car. driven, by O. |W. Utting, which knocked him down.
