CANADA'S TRADE.

In introducing the Budget, Mr Whito (Minister for Finance) stated that Canada had decided to refuse the offer of the United States to -interchange free wheat and flour. Despite the world-wide financial stringency, Canada's trade beat the previous year's record, her export* reaching over 80 millions sterling, ahd her imports almost £100,000 for the eleven months just ended.
