SHOCKING ACCIDENT TO GIRL.

A girl named Norris, when returning from 1 a picnic, thrust; her arm through a, carriage window to open a door. A passing train struck and completely severed her arm, which was thrown m the face of a passenger m the next compartment. Miss Norris succumbed.
