IMPERIAL QUESTIONS.

Mackenzie, speaking at the Anglo-Saxon Club, pleaded for greater co-ordination of effort on Imperial questions. He contended that too great a toll wag levied on the raising of loanß. He urged that overseas transit and mail services required reducing, because the preferences were nullified by our trade competitors' shipping subsidies.
