AUCKLAND, this day. The Mayor stated that the City Council electrical installation loan of" £225,---000 had been issued m London at 4£ per cent, at a rate that would yield £96 15s pnr cent m Auckland. ' The actual cost of the loan was 4J per cent. He had received information that the London market was ( not quite so good this week as last.
