An aeroplane flight was made last week by Mr W. E.'Hart, at Richmond, New South Wales. It was his first venture aloft since he met with a bad accident more than a year ago. He used a new machine, constructed according to his own design, and made three ascents. On one trip he travelled three miles with a passenger. Part of the landing gear of the aeroplane was damaged through some wires giving way when the machine was about to land after one of the trips, but otherwise everything was successful.
