UNDESIRABLES.
BRITAIN WILL KEEP THEM OUT. , LONDON, January 29. As soon as Parliament sits a Bill will be introduced containing a clause which will permit of undesirables being declared prohibited immigrants. An examination of the Alien Acts shows that these laws are inapplicable to such pei'sons, and that they cannot be excluded from the country under any of the provisions already m existence.
