LORD DERBY'S ESTATE.
(tress Assn.— By Telegraph— Copyright.) (Received February 6. 1.50 p.m.) LONDON, Feb. 5. Baron Do Forest has accepted Lord Derby's offer to sell the Bootle estates for £1,500,000. Baron De Forest having expressed the opinion m the Liberal land report that Lord Derby held land v^laed at between three and four millions, Lord Derby offered Lord De Forest his estates at one and a half millions.
