(Press. Assn.— By Telegraph— Copyright.} (Received Dec. 23, 10.30 a.m.) LONDON, December 22. Twq_ women were charged at Cheltenham with setting fire to Alstonelawn Mansion on Sunday. The police gave evidence that the staircase was covered with paraffin, and the imprints of stockinged feet were discovered. The police found the accused's stockings saturated with paraffin.
