The newspaper Vorwaerts reveals a scheme organised m the interests of Germany's trade and foreign policy, whereby newspapers m all parts of the world are asked to publish letters describing events m Germany written by the staff of a daily paper shortly to be published. It is alleged that- 50 foreign overseas papers have already promised* to publish such newa. . (Received Sept. 4, 8.30 a.m.) The German press, is discreetly silent regarding the scheme to influence the papers of foreign countries. It is stated that papers m India, Turkey, Russia, England, South America .and Africa have agreed to accept the service.
