ASSASSINATION BY REBELS

SHANGHAI, August 15. It is reported that the rebels have assassinated Chinchilunei.
The Belgian constructors of the Hai-chow-Hanchow railway are building a thousand miles of lino from Kweihaucheng to Tatung, Taiyuaniu, Tungkuan, and Cliengt.
