The censure debate is proceeding and is expected to last well into the coming week. , After a special Labor caucus the Opposition whip notified the Liberal wliip that no "pairs" would be granted m connection with the censure debate. Mi- Cook considers tho Opposition are not playing a fair game after nil their protestations that they intended to help the Government. The fact M-as becoming apparent that its one object was to. prevent the Government from doing anything. Doubtless tliQ country was looking on and would appreciate the tactics to tlie full value.
