BULGARIA'S NEW CABINET.

Dr Daneff (President of the late Bulgarian Cabinet) has formed a new Cabinet, with himself as Premier and Minister of Foreign Affairs* ; M. Madjaroff, Minister of the Interior ; General Kovatcheff,. Minister for War. King Ferdinand's reply, accepting the Czar's arbitration, blames Servia for attempts to evade it, and reminds th^ Czar of Rnssia's recognition m years past of Bulgaria's incontestable duties towards Macedonia, the population of which is anxious to remain Bulgarian at all costs. s (Received June 16, 1.45 p.m.) ST.
