The hundreds of theatre-goers who make His Majesty's Theatre a regular place of call on Saturday nights will be genuinely pleased with the high-class programme which Pathe Pictures have got ready for them this evening. It is long since even the capable Vitagraph. Company produced anything so artistic as the beautiful drama, "The Wood Violet," which takes pride of place tonight..'Brought up amid the peace and beauty of the . Western hills, the fair Olympia is a veritable spray of Western pine. A handsome ybung stranger happens that way oh a huntingr expedition, and a pretty idyll ends m marriage. "The Voice* of Conscience" is a powerful production, which deals with the fierce passions engendered by jealousy. The popular local film, "Progressive Gisborne," wilt be repeated. "Buffalo Hunting m Cochin China" makes a splendid sporting film, while | "Curious Companions" is a delightf id' animal study, which shows a kitten and a monkey playing All sorts of comical capers.
