Judgment summons cases have been known to be adjourned" time after time until there was scarcely sufficient: room on the endorsement papers to enter the dates. This morning an application was made for an adjournment of. a case, when tine magistrate said it had been agreed amongst magistrates that this practice .of adjourning judgment summonses, was not to be encouraged.
