FRENCH NOVELIST'S WARNING.
LONDON, May 28. M. Marcel Prevost's latest novel, "Guardian Angels," contains an urgent plea to France to banish English and German governesses from French homes. The book says that these servants frequently taint the minds of the children at their most impressionable age, mould' them in the ideals and ways of another country, and pervert their patriotism. German governesses are often spies, while the English charm of temperament lias the effect of weanimr the youngsters from France.
