KAISER'S CONGRATULATIONS,

LONDON, May 28. The royal festivities in Berlin were continued, when, in honor of Queen Mary's birthday, the nlonarchs visited the Grand Duke of iseustrelitz, and a luncheon party was given. The Kaiser and the Empress visited the British royalties in the morning, and offered their congratulations upon the day. BERLIN, May 28. King George and Queen Mary received the Lord Mayor of Berlin, Herr Wer-" murth, in audience. The talk lasted quite a while, and the King and Queen declared that they were extremely satisfied with the sojourn in the city arid with the festivities that • had been ar-] ranged for their benefit generally.
