LONDON, May 2H. Caruso appeared at Covent Garden m Verdi's "Aula." In the role of Radames the tenor had some tremendous moments, but between them there were times m which the artist appeared to bo prepax ing for the next -passage, meanwhile being somewhat careless m tone ' and style. y~
