Until thatriizme the site of the college wouldnot ■> be -fixed: The functions of the board would be to advise the Minister of Agriculture on all matters of importance. '.""In the past the great industry had not sufficient attention, and he was only able to give two or three hours a week' to th© business, which was not enough, and which required * special Ministerial attention. ■ ThevPremier turned on the Frankton borough electricity and water supply, testing £19,000, and afterwards attended, a .bauquet. • ' •
