(Received May 8, 10.20 a.m.) ; ; - ■;■ LONDON, May 7. The bomb placed m St. Paul's Cathedral was the size of a pound mustard tin. Its explosion would have wrecked the choir's quarters, the marble reredos, and Grinling Gibbon's carvings. The police described the bomb as small, but fiendishly powerful.
