The decision of the Grand Council as | to peace or war will probably be reached to-day. It is expected not to be for peace. LONDON, January 14. | The joint note to Turkey has been delayed. The German Government has made certain comments, necessitating a resubmission of the note to the conference. It is expected that the note will be presented on Thursday. The Daily Telegraph says one of the Powers connected with tho entente sug- i gested at the Ambassadors' conference the delimitation of the Albanian frontier, but it was decided not to discuss this until Austria and Russia demobilise, Russia declared her preparedness to demobilise, but Austria refused.
