MEXICAN REVOLUTIONS.

WASHINGTON, January 14., Don Manuel Calero (Mexican Ambassador) has resigned, owing to a. difference •Arith the home Government. He advocates the support of General Madero, and says that otherwise Mexico will be deluged with blood in a series of revolutions. If the United States intervenes in Mexico, he say's, all the Latin- American Republics will take Mexico's part.
