(Press Aesn. — By Telegraph. — Copyright.) (Received < January 15, 10.4b a.m.) BERLIN,. January 14. , A junior officer and a seaman on the Dreadnought Kaiser, at Kiel, quarrelled over a breach of discipline. The officer shot himself dead, and the seaman committed suicide by -hanging.
