WON'T ROW ON THE TYNE.
LONDON, Jan. 8. Ernest Barry has declined the challenge thrown out by W. Albany for a race on the Tyne for £1000 a-side, but expresses willingness to meet his challenger, over the Thames championship course. Barry states that he is practically matched to row Harry Pearce in July.
