INCREASING ARMAMENTS.

BERLIN, Nov. 21. The 1913 estimates provide for two battleships, one armoured cruiser, two small cruisers, and a torpedo flotilla. Two and a half million marks are assigned for the air service.
LONDON, November 15
In the House of Commons Mr Winston Churchill said that Ihe German destroyers in the 1911 programme were all completed while only half of the British complement were launched, and none of tluem completed.
