PARIS, August 1. The mayor of a little commune m the Pyrenees has just issued .the .following deoree:— "Whereas the young' people .of ; tho commune are wont to meet and r dance every Siinda.y after Mass and the noise they make frightens the cocks, hens and other animals of tlie village, and whereas the result is prejudicial to agriculture, we hereby prohibit, dancing within the bounds'of the commune during the hours m which the domestic animals take their repose." -
