South Africa, fifth tost, and the second between those tonms, was commenced at Lord's to-day. South Africa batted first, and scored 263, the Australians following and compiling 86 for Hie loss of two wickets. The Australian team was as follows: — C. U. Jennings. C. Kelleway, W. Bardsley, C.
