(Press Assn.— By Telegraph.-r-Copy right) PEKING- July'ls. A force of Chinese soldiers arid villagers surroiinded the United building near Khotan, belonging to Said Effendi, and containing 100 Russians. Many were massacred., Russia is making strong r«presentations to Peking on the matter.
