Through cloudbursts and floods two hundred persons were killed m Guamajoto State, and the cities of Salamanca and Celaya were destroyed. Thousands of people are facing starvation. Propertjy valued at twenty million dollars was wiped out m SantagO Valley. NEW YOEK, July 15. At Denver five hundred persons are homeless, and several deaths resulted from a cloudburst flooding the entity city.
