MELBOURNE, Juiy 15. Referring to the Review of Reviews' suggestion m regard to emigration, Mr Fisher (Premier) takes strong exception to the term "pauper children," and say£ we have emerged from. Bumbledom sufficiently to have such a cruel and unjust expression obliterated. He would not express any, opinion on the proposal.
