LISBON, July liftCaptain Conceiro, leader of " the Royalists, is encamped with a force of 700 men m the vicinity of Valencia. The Spanish authorities have arrested 40, including severali important officers, for attempting' to' cross the frontier at Giceres. V
(Received July 15, 8.50" a.m.) ; LISBON, July 14. The Government is deporting' Royalist conspirators to Tunor or Angola. Military parties are scouring the hills on the frontier^ iand' have had several, encounters with' conspirators,- sixteen of ■whom were shot at various points.; Fifteen priests were captured. Numerbus domiciliary searches are being made. The Archbishop of Eyora has been arrested. A small' Royalist rising at Bellas, 12 miles from Lisbon, has been quelled, and a quantity of arms and ammunition seized.
