PALMERSTON N., last night. At a special meeting of the Borough Council m regard to the tramways for Palmerston, on the motion of the Mayor, Mr Black's trolley car scheme was adopted, Gv. Stubbs dissenting. Steps will be taken by the Mayor to. obtain the necessary information to' enable the Council to make preliminary arrangements! -
