At the horse baza&r this afternoon, Mr 'G. x R. Wyllie, on behalf of Messrs ' Williams and Kettle, submitted on behalf of Messrs M. F. Bourke and Co. section 130, 2 acres .3 roods 14 perches, at the corner of Gladstone and Roebuck roads, with buildings thereon. The auctioneer explained that the sale was required to square- partnership accounts. Bidding started at £2500, and at £2750 ', the property was knocked down to Air 1 "F ' Hall 1 MARSHLANDS ESTATE V In conjunction with Messrs Buscke ! and Parker, the firm then submitted i the Marshlands Estate, Ormond. lhe ' property is that recently m occupation * of Mr A. 1|: Newman. . '* For sectioti 3, 30 acres, bidding started at £30 per acre. The lot was passed mat £35 per acre. Section 2, 30 acres, was passed m at £36 per acre. Sectiorv4 26i acres, was passed m at kAi. per acre. Section 1, 26 acre*, with house and woolshed, was also passed m.
