(Press Assn.—By Telegraph.— Copynjjht, 1 SYDNEY, May 3. Mr Speaker Willis has received through the post a package containing a cartridge , similar to those used m a sparklets syphon. A letter accompanying it stated that it was an explosive bomb. ;
