A gaslight carnival, under the auspices of the Gisborne Amateur Swimming Club, will be held on Thursday eA-ening next. The programme includes 25yds dash, 50yds and lOOyds open handicaps, boys' race, long dive, neat header, polo matches relay race, trie'e diAnng, and comic displays. Entries close to-morrow eA'ening.
