LONDON, March 6. Tho National Rifle Association haa cabled to the Canadian Association aproving of the designs of sights submitted.
The Canadians had decided not to ba represented again at Bisley until trouble m regard to the rifle sights, had been adjusted. The difficulty has now been overcome.
