BOMBS WRECK RAILWAY TRAINS

PBKIN, January 31
A dynamite bomb exploded under the Imperialist troops' train from Siakan to Honan. The following train crashed into this, and telescoped five cars. Many soldiers were killed. A bomb was thrown at, the Viceroy of the Hukuang, who was m the third train. This struck the wrong car^^Und killed several soldiers. Three (bombs exploded at Shang Suachihg Yarrien, m Tientsin. Numerous arrests have been made. Liang Pi has died from wounds received.
Prince Ching visited the Dowager Empress, and informed her he was persuaded to accept the Republican terms, the Manchu nobles retaining their titles, with freedom to reside at Peking or elsewhere.
Severe fighting is reported from Pukopi. The Imperialists were willing to fight, but were forced to defend themselves, ( and lost heavily.
• (Received February 1, 11.20 a.m.) PEKING, January 31. The Government announces that the .Dowager Empress has informed the Cabinet that peace has been decided upon, and has instructed the Ministers to arrange accordingly.
