POLITICAL OPPONENT'S PRAISE. LONDON, December 1. In the course of the interview m which he expressed hia absolute approval of Mr Winston Churchill's naval scheme, Lord Charles Beresfoi'd' said : "I loathe, hate, and despise Mr Churchill's politics, but he is an extremely clever man, and that is why he is so dangerous. He is willing tp take an impartial view of the navy, and to make his immediate: object 1 its preparation for service so strong that no other nation dare, attack, us."
