Dalton, a councillor of an Irish town ward m Limerick, -Solomon Frost, and John Brennan were sentenced to a month's hard labor at Connaught assizes for unlawful assembly. The Union Jack was removed by local residents from a house. It was pleaded that it was done m the interests of peace) the majority of the ward being Nationalists.
